week 6 of quarantine

We've been riding bikes a lot.  Jason has gotten a new bike since this picture Sunday night.

We're doing plenty of homeschooling.  Emmy's is a bit more fun and exciting than Bryce's.

We went out for an afterschool treat for shaved ice this week.

The kids dressed the part for Earth Day this year.

MeMa had gotten everyone Earth Day shirts and made sure to get a picture!

Silly shenanigans going on around here.

Nights around the firepit with neighbors have been fun.

Emmy has learned how to tell time during homeschooling quarantine.

Daily happy hours are keeping me sane.  Even in the rain!

We had s'mores last night!

I had promised Emmy a sleepover back in March when the boys went to Florida.  They didn't get to go to Florida so we didn't have our sleepover so I made it up to her last night!

The kids spent a lot of time riding around the yard this morning.  Bryce got this Jeep when he was 2 and it has been the most loved toy we've ever had.

We participated in a birthday car parade today for one of Emmy's classmates.

We've now been in quarantine for 6 weeks.  We have done homeschool for five and spring break for one.  We now have five weeks of homeschool to go before we call it quits for the summer.  It's been really important to me to keep the kids engaged.  The kids definitely don't love it as much as regular school and I must admit I was starting to feel a little burned out at the end of this week.  Hopefully the weekend will recharge us all for next week!
