We made it to the beach yesterday. This year the trip down was much more pleasant as Bryce fell asleep as soon as we got on the interstate. He didn't sleep the whole way, but we were able to entertain him and keep him fairly happy. He enjoyed being on the beach today!
Bryce loved watching Da-da fly the butterfly kite. Yes, he felt girly, but it is my kite and Bryce really enjoyed the colors and saying butterfly.

Bryce fits in the boat much better this year than he did last year.
We are looking forward to a fun week at the beach.
