hello, october

Emmy had pajama day on October 1 so she broke out her pumpkins on October 2.

Bryce was excited for Hokie football this weekend.

The kids are staying busy these days.  Bryce has baseball just about everyday right now and Emmy has gymnastics 3 days a week.  Friday night Jason and Bryce went to baseball and I did gym duty with Emmy.  She and I were home before the boys and couldn't wait to start our weekend.

I love this outdoor oasis.

It was a great Friday night!

Jason's sister turned 40 this year which called for a big celebration.  And a big fire!

We spent all day Saturday cleaning, working in the yard and catching up on all the things that pile up now that life has resumed to normal working hours and we're never home.  It was nice to get out in the evening and relax.

These boys sure do miss each other during the week.

Our friends asked Jason to be their daughter's godfather!  We attended her baptism this morning.

Bryce had an early morning of baseball so PaPa took him and we joined later after church.

The boys won one and lost one today.

Nana's neighborhood had a Halloween golf cart parade this afternoon.  Emmy had fun helping Nana decorate it this week.

The weekends go by too quickly, but this one was a good one.  Back to the grind tomorrow!
