Thanksgiving week and a broken arm

Bryce came home from wrestling practice on Monday complaining about a sore arm from a fall.  He went on to go bowling that night and school the next day.  When he got home from school on Tuesday (luckily no practice) he was still in pain so Jason took him to have it checked out.  Unfortunately, the arm was broken and he's going to miss most (hopefully not all) of wrestling season. He handled it better than I did!  He worked so hard to get ready for his season so it's a bummer that this happened.

We didn't travel to North Carolina again this year so I was able to enjoy a relaxing morning watching the parade.  Sadly I didn't take any pictures during lunch at Jason's grandma's.

We always wrap up Thanksgiving and kickoff Christmas with Nana on Friday.

Emmy was a big helper!  There's just something so great about Thanksgiving "at home."

Bentley was dressed to the nines to match us!

Decorating Nana's tree.

The matching pj tradition continues.

Paul's birthday was the next day so we celebrated him too!

Bryce has been a bit bored with a broken arm, but we tried to stay busy over break and found that he still has his putt putt game with a broken arm!  He scored a hole in one, was 4 under par, and he beat Jason.

He can still eat a donut with only one hand!

Emmy was excited for a treat after gymnastics.

The youth group was going to a trampoline park tonight so we went on a festive drive since Bryce couldn't participate.

Three weeks until Christmas break!
