We've been holding onto a PF Chang's gift card for almost a year now. Our good friends had a gift card too so we finally made plans to go out! It was fun to get dressed up since we don't have any holiday parties to attend this year.
The mall where the restaurant is offers complimentary carriage rides so we took a ride before our dinner reservation.
It was a quick ride, but a cold ride so it was fine!

Maybe we'll take a carriage ride through Central Park one day. I did it years ago with friends but it would be fun to go as a family.
