We didn't have school today for election day. We went and voted and then I had conferences with the kids' teachers and then we had a fun day planned.
I let each kid pick a friend to take to get ice cream and to see a movie.
Gelati Celesti is our favorite.
We went and saw the Addams Family movie and we all really liked it.
We just happened to go on a day when tickets and popcorn were cheap. Score!
It was a warm day and the kids couldn't wait to get home and make a leaf pile to jump in.
They worked hard and had lots of fun jumping in it.
I could handle having Tuesday off every week, ha!
